Founded in 1975 Kold Kutter Ice Racing Screws were developed to be the ultimate ice traction product. There were many styles of screws used back then, however Kold Kutter was the only screw that was developed specifically for competition Ice Racing.

The original version of the Kold Kutter Screw had a head height of .149" and available in four different length's as a #8 screw.
 
Improving upon the original version Kold Kutter has made several changes including increasing the head height to .189", and to extend the life of our screws we have increased the Rockwell hardness, in addition for added strength longer length screws are available as a #10 screw. We have also made mold improvements to create the sharpest edges available in Ice Screws and remain AMA legal. In addition we now have available seven different lengths, from 3/8" to 1-1/2".

New this year we have introduced the Kanadian Ice Racing Screw. Keeping all the quality of the current Kold Kutter products and creating a #12 screw, with a head height of .250", which is available in 1" or 1-1/2" length only.

For over 19 years Kold Kutter has been the proud sponsor of many events including hosting the Annual Kold Kutter Pro Shoot Out, this event alone has seen Kold Kutter give out more than $40,000.00 dollars to the racers. www.koldkutter.com
